Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to consumer orders placed through zqmxna.shop, the online store operated by DF FUGT ApS.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Product listings are invitations to place an order and are not binding offers. You may review and correct your order before submitting it.
Your order is a binding offer. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods. An automated receipt confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
Products and Availability
We take reasonable care to present product images, descriptions, technical details, prices, and availability accurately. The information shown on the product page and at checkout at the time of ordering applies.
We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information contains an obvious error, shipping is not possible, or fraud is reasonably suspected. Amounts already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices and Shipping Costs
Prices shown in the store are the final prices payable by the customer. Where legally applicable, taxes are included or displayed as required. Any additional charge will be shown before the order is submitted.
Standard shipping to all supported destinations is free of charge: EUR 0.00. Any optional premium service is charged only when clearly offered and selected at checkout.
Payment Methods
The payment methods available for an order are those displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery may be offered where it is available for the selected destination.
Cash-on-delivery fee: EUR 0.00. No additional cash-on-delivery charge is imposed by us.
Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, the estimated transit time is 7 to 15 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 8 to 18 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointments. Delays may occur because of carriers, public holidays, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Further details are set out in the Shipping Policy.
Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Cancellation Rights
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. The conditions, return procedure, and model cancellation form are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Defects and Warranty
Statutory rights apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. Contact us at OudMootje148@gmail.com and include the order number and relevant evidence.
For technical products, customers should check suitability and compatibility before ordering. Any specific compatibility statement we publish must be based on the product's actual characteristics.
Liability
We remain fully liable for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, fraud, and any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the contract where the law permits.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and Intellectual Property
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Text, images, designs, trade names, and other store content are owned by or licensed to DF FUGT ApS or the relevant rights holder and may not be commercially reused without permission or another lawful basis.
Governing Law
The contract is governed by the law of the country in which DF FUGT ApS has its registered office, currently Denmark. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection provided by the law of the country of their habitual residence.
Dispute Resolution
Unless participation is required by law, we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
Changes and Contact
We may revise these Terms for future orders. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order.
